These facts often aren't in your documents but decide what MiCA requires of you. Answering them makes the scan noticeably more accurate. “Don't know” is treated cautiously, as if the rule applies.

Are any of your NFTs issued as a large series or collection of similar items, or fractionalized?

Can players transfer or trade your tokens or in-game assets outside your own game or platform (external wallets, DEXs, third-party marketplaces)?

Can users convert crypto-assets to fiat money, or swap between crypto-assets, through a service you operate?

Do you hold or control users’ crypto-assets or private keys (custodial wallets)?

Does any of your tokens aim to maintain a stable value by referencing a currency or other assets?

Do holders earn interest or yield merely for holding your token?

Do token holders receive profit sharing, dividends, or revenue rights?

Do you actively market to or target users in the EU/EEA?

Do paid random-reward mechanics (lootboxes, gacha) pay out transferable crypto-assets?
